The Kindergarten PTA Annual General Body Meeting for the academic year 2024-25 was a resounding success, held on Wednesday, July 24th, at 10 am in the First Floor, Mother Veronica Hall.

The hall buzzed with enthusiasm as parents turned out in impressive numbers, manifesting their commitment to their children's educational journey. The event commenced with a prayer song performed by the KG teachers, setting a tone of unity and reflection. Mrs Priya warmly welcomed the distinguished gathering, which included Resource Person Mr. Leslie Arouza, Sr. Lilly Pushpa, The Principal, Sr. Dr.Prem, The Administrator, Sr. Premal, The Vice-Principal and the attentive parents. Following this, Mrs Nisha succinctly presented the annual report for the year 2023-24, highlighting significant achievements and milestones. Mrs Marina then introduced the keynote speaker, Mr. Leslie Arouza.

In his address, Mr. Leslie Arouza commended the parents, particularly the fathers, for taking time off from their busy schedules to attend the meeting. He emphasized the importance of providing healthy food to children, underscoring its impact on their physical and mental well-being. Mr. Arouza noted that today's children are astute observers but often struggle with listening, being intellectually advanced yet emotionally defenseless. He urged parents to model positive behaviours at home and discouraged sending young children to tuitions, advocating instead for quality family time. The interactive session saw parents eagerly engaging with Mr. Arouza, who provided valuable advice and solutions to their queries, earning widespread appreciation for his insights.

Sr. Lilly Pushpa - The Principal addressed the gathering, offering further valuable inputs and suggestions. She highlighted the importance of parental cooperation with the school management and staff to elevate the school's standards to even greater heights.

The meeting's program, skilfully compered by Mrs Lara, also featured the introduction of new PTA members by Mrs. Shanthi. Mrs Sharol announced the winners of the "Rainy Cuisine" competition, with all participants being felicitated for their creativity and effort.

The event concluded on a high note with Mrs Payal proposing a heartfelt vote of thanks. The meeting wrapped up with the National Anthem, followed by refreshments for all attendees, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among the parents and school staff.
