REPORT ON COLLAGE MAKING COMPETITION

On October 24, 2024, Collage making competition was conducted for Class 7 and 8 students. This was a group competition and the theme for the competition was "Save Earth", which encouraged students to think creatively about environmental issues. The competition was evaluated based on theme, creativity and presentation. Participants showcased their artistic skills while collaborating with their peers and also raised awareness about environmental conservation.

Report on Solo Singing Competition - Old Kannada Film Songs (1970-1980)

On November 21, 2024 Solo Singing Competition for Classes 7 & 8, featuring songs from classic Kannada films of the 1970s and 1980s. Students performed a variety of iconic songs, showcasing their vocal skills and emotional expression. The competition was judged by Tr. Venitha Machado and Tr Lidwin. The competition was evaluated based on voice quality, lyrical accuracy and overall impact. The competition was a great success, with students impressing the judges with their performances and passion for Kannada music.

REPORT ON ELOCUTION COMPETITION

On November 26, 2024 on the occasion of constituion day Elocution competition was conducted for the students of Classes 7 and 8, who presented speeches on thought provoking topics. The topics for Class 7 and 8 were, "The Significance of Constitutional Amendments in Modern India" and "Fundamental Rights: The Backbone of Our Democracy" respectively.

The competition was judged by Tr. Akshatha and Tr. Vinitha veigas for class 8 and Tr. Lidwin and Tr. Zeena for class 7, who evaluated the participants based on Clarity and Pronunciation, Expression & Delivery, Content & Structure. The event provided a platform for students to demonstrate their speaking skills and understanding of critical constitutional topics. The competition was both insightful and engaging, with students showcasing their talent and knowledge.

On December 17, 2024 Star Making Competition was conducted for class 8 students  to celebrate the festive spirit of Christmas. In this solo competition, students were challenged to design a star with a maximum diameter of 32 cm using only materials available at home. The stars were judged based on four key criteria: neatness, creativity, appearance, and craftsmanship. The students created a variety of designs, showing off their creativity with different materials. The competition not only highlighted the students' artistic abilities but also encouraged resourcefulness and sustainability.

On December 17, 2024 Snowman Making Competition was conducted for class 7 students  to celebrate the festive spirit of Christmas. In this solo competition,where students created snowmen using only materials available at home. The competition was judged on creativity, structure, and appearance.

Participants showcased impressive designs, from traditional snowman to more innovative creations. The competition highlighted students resourcefulness and artistic skills.
