Camel School celebrates ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’

‘National Unity Day’ also known as ‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’ was celebrated by the students of VI A on 31st October 2019 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel who unified the country. The school paid tribute to his extraordinary attempt to build modern India.

The programme began with lighting of the lamp and a prayer service which emphasized the value of unity. A skit based on real life incident was presented by the students which highlighted the importance of being united in times of difficulties.

The students presented an extraordinary cultural extravaganza wherein National Integration was stressed for the development of our country. School pupil leader Chandrima Monteiro administered the pledge to the student fraternity.

The programme concluded with words of wisdom by the Administrator, Sister Rose Agnes A.C, and by singing the National Anthem. Vice Principal, Sister Gracy was present for the programme. Programme was compered by Angel Noronha and Pallavi. Vote of thanks was given by Dhanishka.
