Green Colour Day Celebration

 Green – The colour of Prosperity and Harmony

Green colour day was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm on Tuesday, 10th July 2018. The LKG and UKG students, teaching and non-teaching staff came to school dressed in pretty green attires and looked so eco-friendly. The classrooms and corridors were beautifully decorated with flashcards, balloons and green objects. UKG students came dressed as live models of green objects like raw mango, green apple, cucumber, chilly, capsicum and Brinjal and they spoke on their health benefits. Some students dressed as trees spoke about their uses.

The song “The earth is my home” was sung by them, pledged and promised to do their bit in keeping our planet green followed by a dance performance on green objects.

This short programme was compered by our little ones and at the end of the programme Sr.Sarika A.C, our Principal, gave us her message and applauded the children for putting up such a wonderful programme and the teachers for training the little ones.
