Vanamahostava Celebration

 Vanamahostava day was celebrated on 20th July 2018 by the Eco club students with great enthusiasm. Mrs. Lilly Cutinho, a retired teacher of our school was the esteemed chief guest of the day. The chief guest was accorded a warm welcome, in a creative way by the students of eco club. The entire programme was scripted beautifully in the form of a skit on environment, which included a welcome dance and a prayer service. The skit highlighted the trees as the life lines of humanity and was an eye opener to preserve the trees.

The importance of the day was further carried forward by planting of a sapling by Mrs. Lilly, the chief guest, Sr. Lenita, the vice Principal and Sr. Venitha, the coordinator. Speaking on the occasion Mrs. Lilly urged the students to plant more trees and to protect the environment.
