The Guides, Scouts, Bulbulbs and cubs of Carmel School, Mangaluru celebrated World Thinking Day2023 on 22nd February. The programme began with a prayer service invoking God’s blessing on each and everyone.

The Significance of the day was epitomized through a short skit.A motivational dance was performed by Scouts and Guides. Mrs Pavithra, the Guide Captain in her motivating message spoke about peace within, peace with others and peace in the world. She further emphasized on the Scouts and Guides motto “Be prepared” as well as on the Cubs and bulbuls motto “ Do your Best” and also reflected on the World Thinking Day 2023 theme “Our World, Our Peaceful Future : The environment, peace and security”.

All the Scouts and Guides of classes V to VIII enthusiastically participated in the Shramadhan. Guide Captains Mrs. Lathika, Mrs. Ashwitha, Mrs.Sachitha and Mrs. Pavithra were in charge of the ‘World Thinking Day’ programme.

Anshika welcomed the gathering and Samyuktha P proposed the Vote of Thanks.
