Leading with Compassion: Service Learning in Action

Service learning activity was conducted on 16th January, 2024, for the Anganwadi students of Saint Ann's, by our students of grade 2 under the guidance of their respective class teachers Hazel Lobo, Lathika And Mable.

This activity was conducted with the objective of inculcating the spirit of empathy, sharing and extending service. It also aided in enabling students to understand the importance of developing responsibilities of contributing service to the needy, as well as the society at large.

As part of the activity, our students donated 12 chairs and distributed sweets to the Anganwadi children. Our students also entertained them with action songs. The activity ended well with students imbibing the spirit of service and taking along the valuable lessons learnt through it.
