A general assembly on the ‘Stress Management’ was conducted by the students of class VII B under the guidance of their class teacher, Pavithra.
Stress management tips were highlighted through a skit. Five important ways to handle stress were presented in a creative way. Prayer, Yoga and meditation, Healthy diet , stop procrastinating and positive attitude were highlighted as five secrets to handle stress.
Spiritual aspects of handling stress was emphasized through prayer service. Skit was based on the story of a stressed school going girl who successful handles stress which transforms her life. Sr.Lenita, the Vice principal gave a motivational and thought provoking message on ‘Stress Management’ .
